BirdDog Support has a direct phone line (248-861-2100) you can call with quick concerns.

    1. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm US EST 
Many concerns can be resolved with help of our Getting Started article here. 

For more advanced concerns that require remote assistance or more in-depth conversation,  it's helpful for our team to schedule this in advance. You can do this using our booking links provided below.

Our team is limited to troubleshooting our own devices and cannot provide extensive assistance regarding third party programs, hardware, network integration, or other high level integration concerns. While our ability to help in these areas is limited, our team will always provide whatever assistance we can to help you work through whatever concerns you have.

Please Note: An existing Support Ticket is required in order to schedule a call with Jess. You can do so by emailing help@birddog.tv, briefly outlining your concern, and providing any relevant context. Once submitted, you will be provided a ticket number, which can be used in the booking form.
